So maybe a bit of background, if you’re not familiar. This fall I’m travelling to India with Rachel Goble for two months to volunteer and learn more about human trafficking. We leave September 15th for Mumbai (formerly Bombay), and will be working with a nonprofit organization, Oasis, in southern India, then making our way up north to Delhi and Calcutta. I’m ridiculously excited. I’m blogging (did I really just use blog as a verb?) so you can share in what I’m learning and encountering. If life gets a little boring, come experience some culture shock with me.
